#3: Daring Games of the Past
For Boomer kids, boredom often bred recklessness, and safety was rarely the top priority. To pass the time and test their courage, they invented heart-pounding games—none more infamous than “Chicken.”

This daring pastime came in dangerous flavors: standing your ground as a car approached, or even steering vehicles directly toward one another to see who would swerve first. It was less about fun and more about proving fearlessness.
