Cyprus is divided due to Greek and Turkish Cypriot disputes. The North is Turkish-controlled, and the rest is under Greek Cypriot authority. Travel between the two is possible with an EU passport.
With seven border crossings available, passing from one side to the other can be as simple as walking through, offering multiple access points for crossing.
