#15: King Fahd’s Fountain
Jeddah’s skyline is defined by King Fahd’s Fountain, the tallest fountain in the world. It shoots water nearly 1,000 feet into the air, visible from across the city and glowing with lights at night. It has become one of Saudi Arabia’s most iconic landmarks.

Unlike other fountains, its sheer height and placement over the Red Sea make it one-of-a-kind. Locals and tourists gather along Jeddah’s Corniche to watch its jets soar. For visitors, the scale is almost surreal, a symbol of Saudi ambition expressed through engineering and spectacle.
