#18: KISS and Make Up
Gene Simmons and his partner Shannon Tweed have been together since the early 1980s. While that’s quite an achievement for a famous couple, that doesn’t mean their relationship has always been perfect. That was made evident during a very tense, very awkward interview on The Joy Behar Show. It got so bad that Shannon actually walked out.
The couple was being interviewed by Joy to promote their reality show, but things got a little too real when asked about Gene constantly cheating on Shannon. The couple immediately started bickering on-air, and it quickly became more of a counseling session than an interview. Joy was taken aback but held her own and kept the questions coming. Shannon eventually walked off when Gene made an ill-timed joke about his past romantic trysts. The couple got married in 2011.
